Dynamic Embodiment Training - Getting in the Zone

What is Dynamic Embodiment Training (and who is it for?)

D.E.T. © is learning how to activate direct sensory awareness and get in the zone.

D.E.T. © is direct experience, a skill that can be learned and used effectively, anywhere.

D.E.T. © can be hard-wired into your system so that it is spontaneously and intuitively available to you. (practice makes perfect!)

D.E.T. © is a learning strategy for spirit-mind-body. We are an open system. We gather information through our senses.

D.E.T. © was inspired by the genius of the late master Martial Artist Bruce Lee (1940-1973) whose dedicated study and discipline led him to discover the truth about how to be “in-the-zone”. He called it “No-mindedness”.

D.E.T. © is a highly effective spirit-mind-body system for anyone wanting to learn to meditate, to regain childlike awareness and joy. Martial artists of any discipline expand their awareness and gain dynamic poise, in stillness and motion.

D.E.T. © is equally effective for those seeking calmness, tranquillity and freedom from anxiety, panic attacks and negative internal chatter.

GETTING IN THE ZONE

THE ELUSIVE ZONE

The phrase “in the zone” refers to a select few sportsmen who seem to be able to tap into this heightened state of awareness just about every time they play.

When they enter this zone, every single target appears sharper, time slows and executing accurate technique comes easily.

This is known to martial artists as ‘ Demon State ' and would be particularly relevant in any pressured situation.

The zone has been, so far, impossible to re-create deliberately – until now.

The more you try to get into the zone, the more it eludes you. Trying never works.

The great news is you can greatly increase your chance of entering the zone by developing a thorough, consistent and efficient training routine. Add to this formula D.E.T. (Dynamic Embodiment Training) and you will find yourself up there with those select few athletes who appear to enter the zone at will.

We have developed a series of mind and body exercises that teach you how to “get in the zone ”. These exercises have been distilled from the cream of a number of excellent disciplines to give you the special skills you need to seriously improve your game.
