WHY ' META ' - BREATHWORK?
The word ' Meta ' comes from the Greek and means to transcend. So I've coined the term meta-breathwork to denote a transcendent way of breathing over and above our usual everyday incorrect way of breathing.
Meta -breathing by-passes the conscious rational mind, it disarms the self-saboteur and opens the door of the heart. Once the door is open, the spirit-mind-body begins to open also to an inner wisdom that is beyond the intellect. This inner intelligence is energised and awaken by the meta -breath.
Unexpressed frozen history that may have been locked in the body and causing psycho-somatic illness is released and expressed through the breath bringing much relief and an end to suffering. A range of human emotion previously unimagined can be expressed safely in the company of a supportive and compassionate therapist.
These experiences can range from joy and bliss to sadness and grief, sometimes the experiences enter the realm of the transpersonal and its not unusual for a participant to claim they have spoken with their guardian angel. Every experience is totally unique, to every individual, every session.
The meta-breath is our portal to personal, psychological and spiritual wholeness. This is a deep exploration of the self. This self-inquiry awakens the wisdom of the soul. The meta-breath takes you beyond personality, beyond ego, beyond self-consciousness and leads you into a state of bliss, of immeasurable compassion and awakened awareness of ones own awsome authentic Self.
If you cannot find it in your own body,
you will not find it elsewhere'
